When I took myself to Judy in August 2008, I started on the most rewarding journey of my life to date. I discovered that my inner child was not integrated within me but lost on the outside, alone, desperate, fearful, tearful, sad, insecure and angry. This had been affecting my thought processes and actions for so long, without me realising.

Working with Judy on integrating my inner child has been one of the hardest most painful experiences of my life but the personal rewards are nothing short of miraculous. I now feel happy, secure, confident, safe, loved, and grounded. Best of all I feel a deep calm and inner peace that is priceless. I know that my inner child is now an integral part of me and I will treasure and care for her when she feels needy or afraid.

This is my new beginning. I start with peace in my heart and hope for the future with a spring in my step. I believe in myself and trust that I will get what I need and deserve when the time is right.
