Hi, my name is Judy Gaskell: I'm a BACP registered counsellor working in Winchester, Hampshire. Welcome to my website!
I have been practicing counselling, healing, and psychotherapy for twenty years and my aim is to support and facilitate your own personal growth and development.
I can offer help and support with any of the following issues:
- Sexual, Physical and Emotional Abuse
- Stress, Depression, Anxiety
- Bereavement, Loss and Separation
- Personal Development & Growth
- Relationships
I offer both one-to-one counselling and whole family counselling to facilitate adjustment to separation, divorce or other difficult situations. I can also work short-term via telephone counselling.
Regardless of how we work together, the most important thing in all cases is to create a situation in which you are comfortable and at ease. My main aim is to create a positive environment in which I help you to help yourself and provide support if the therapy gets uncomfortable.
I am also a fully trained supervisor.
